Comments: Expect road construction at Exits 119 and 120 I-5 interchanges, and the Hwy 42 overpass at Exit 119. Flaggers as needed on the ramps as needed. Ramps Affected. This project will install a traffic signal at the intersection of Old Hwy 99 and the SB I-5 ramps at Exit 120, as part of an interchange improvement project. It will also include adding a NB auxiliary lane between both I-5 interchanges, and an additional WB lane on Hwy 42 over I-5 at Exit 119. This project is scheduled through September.

There are changes to access into local businesses, along with traffic pattern shifts. During the day workers and equipment will be working off the roadway. All lanes will be open on Hwy 62 between 6 AM and 7 PM, Mon-Thur, and 6 AM to 10 PM Friday-Sunday. The Medco Haul Rd is closed to all traffic , including bicyclist and pedestrians. This is the first phase of Hwy 62 Expressway project. The second phase is beginning with utility work, which bids late this month.
